Hi Kemi,

Thanks for writing in. Your background and goals sound very unique and should help differentiate you in the applicant pool. I'm not familiar with the GPA system in African schools so am unsure how a 3.4 will be perceived. Putting that aside, I think your the top-10 may be just out of reach because of your GMAT score. If you are focused on breaking into this tier, you may want to take the test again with the goal of breaking 700. If you're looking for schools to research further, you may want to look into Duke and Columbia, but really all schools at this level allow students to focus on international development.
