Hi! Great GMAT score! That is an important first step in getting into a top school. Unfortunately, competition is extremely tough for the schools on your list, and there are many applicants coming from your demographic. That means it is very important for you to differentiate yourself from others coming from similar backgrounds. One way to do that is to look for ways to show the AdCom that you come from a strong business background. Even though you were an engineering major in undergrad, your career has taken you in a different direction. By telling the AdCom about your professional achievements, that will help set you apart from others. Also important is what you do outside work. I don't see any mention of it in the profile you submitted here, but you should know that AdComs really value applicants who not only have outside activities but show real leadership through their participation in those activities.

Best of luck,

Rachel Beck
