Hi Andrew -
You have a really solid profile and I think you'll be competitive at all the schools you mention. You have entrepreneurial experience as well as years at someone else's company, a history of increasing responsibility, leadership in and out of work and solid grades and scores. You also seem to be able to balance creativity with analytics, which could be a differentiator. If you feel like taking the GMAT again that's fine but I honestly don't think adding 30 points is going to make a big difference. Your goal now is to make sure you present yourself and your stories in your essays, reflecting all different and distinctive aspects of your leadership and personality. The schools on your list are quite competitive as you know, so applying only to schools like that is a risk, but I do think you'll be considered a reasonable candidate at all of them.
