profile evaluation

hi . i need guidance on application procedure. pls help me by evaluating my profile.

I am 26 year old male, indian, b tech ( mechanical engg) from state university and have 70% above academic results. Work exp- 4 years (incl international exposure) in projects/service industry.
GMAT twice-
Oct, 06- 530.
July, 07- 720

I intend to apply to top 15 b schools. can u pls suggest me based on my profile if that would be realistic.

any further suggestion is welcome.
