The admissions process can’t be reduced to statistics - grades, GMAT, number of years of work experience. Please give me the story behind these stats - for example, how often have you been promoted and were these promotions on or ahead of schedule? Did you have any unique responsibilities or international assignments? Did you have any internal responsibilities like training or recruiting? Were you active outsid of work, in your community?
