Profile Evaluation

Age 24
GMAT 650
3.4 Undergrad GPA - Finance Major at large state school
Work Experience 3 years working internal consulting position at bulge bracket I-Bank in NYC

Target schools are Georgetown, Maryland, UT.

Wondering if I have a shot at those schools or if I should take the GMAT for a third time.

For the schools you mentioned, you should be fine with that GMAT score. I wouldn't re-take it a third time. It's more worthwhile to focus on the rest of the application.
