I graduated from a top 10 engineering school with a 3.0 average in chemical engineering. My gmat is 720. I have been working for a large investment company as a financial analyst (in a team of 3 individuals)managing around 500 million dollars worth of 401k, pension plans etc etc. I have been working for 3 years. Before that I was working as a chemical process engineer for ge for 1.5 years. I have done some general volunteering but I have exactly played a large role in those organizations. During school I started an online retail/custom crafts business that grosses 200k+ that I still run today (that was my main reason for doing poorly in school). I'm aiming for darden, umich, wharton, or NYU. I plan to take a few courses to solidify my academics a bit more. I am currently 24 and will be 26 when I submit my application.

In your case, it comes down to a combination of how well you execute the application, and luck (you seem like a middle-of-the-road applicant for the schools you listed, so how an individual adcom sees you will play a big difference - on the surface, nothing really stands out, but no real concerns either; they'll either like you or they won't).
