Hello,

Undergrad graduation: 2007, social science, U.S.
U-GPA: 3.0
Work: Fortune 500 company - promoted less than one year in.
Expected MBA App: 2010 or 2012 latest
Extra Circs: non-profits currently, was very active in ugrad -- lots of research work.
Top choices: Kellogg and Ross (Kellogg being #1 choice hands down), What is my probability of getting in? If low what can I do in the next few years to increase my chances. Mostly interested in marketing.
my concerns: undergrad GPA, and possibly Quant scores (have not taken GMAT yet, but have started preparing for it).

Thanks for any advice.

With a low GPA, you need a strong GMAT to stay competitive (i.e. 700+). Beyond that, it's too early to say. As for how to be a strong candidate for b-school -- do well on the GMAT and be accomplished both at work and outside of work. There isn't a template to follow other than to be an accomplished person.
