Hi there,

Thanks for sharing your profile info. As you are part of a large applicant pool, Indian IT applicants, and your work experience is a bit shorter than average for the schools mentioned, and GMAT well below the averages, I would suggest aiming for schools a bit more within reach. For the US programs, perhaps outside the top 15 or so would be good (US News & World report rankings). For outside the US, compare yourself to their class profiles to get a feel for how competitive you are. You could still apply to 1-2 of these mentioned as reach programs but knowing your chances will be better elsewhere, and there are still great programs in that range!!
