Hello,
Well done on the GMAT! That is a very rare score. You're right that it's not a golden ticket, but it certainly helps.
You've got a pretty fascinating background. I think that although it's rather non-linear, you've shown that you're capable through your first couple years doing equity research. You've demonstrated your leadership capacity through your entrepreneurial adventures, and I'm sure you'll have some great stories to tell.
I'd say you have a good shot at your target programs, especially at Darden/Duke/NYU. You've got a decent chance at the others, too!
