Hi! You sound like a strong candidate for a top school, based on the profile that you provided here. Your GMAT score is outstanding, and you seem to have leadership experience at work, too. What will be key to your application is your ability to highlight your professional accomplishments, not responsibilities, and look for ways to differentiate your experiences from other candidates with similar backgrounds. I like that you have experience working with teams in other parts of the world. You also say that you are involved in your company's CSR - but the AdCom will want to know more. Have you taken on leadership roles through such activities? Lastly, make sure you are getting letters of recommendation from people who can really highlight your strengths and do so by talking about live examples.

Best of luck,

Rachel Beck
