Hi Jordan,

Thanks for writing in. With the limited information I have your profile is potentially top-10 strong. You have strong GMAT/academics and what appears to be solid work experience.

The main things I suggest you focus on are:
1) Why are you moving from law to MBA/business? Top schools will want to see that you have thought this out carefully, rather than just possibly looking to leave law and "do something else."

2) You may have to/want to use the optional essay to explain why your current job won't provide you with references. This is a common issue applicants face, but since it appears this has been your only job, you will need to find someone who can refer you from the perspective of a boss/colleague.
