Hi Nick,

Thanks for writing in. It sounds like you have an interesting background through your international background and social-oriented work to date. You don't mention why you want to get an MBA though.

One of the key things schools look for is a clear story for decisions you've made to date, and why you want to join their program, so you'll need to get more specific than just saying you are ready to move on to the next thing. Assuming you want to apply an MBA to the type of work you've been doing, you could have a somewhat atypical story, which is a good thing.

At 670 I would look in the Top-20 range of schools; but if you are able to bring that up to 710-730 then most schools would find that score competitive.

Without knowing more about your requirements and plans it's difficult for me to make specific school recommendations, so I suggest you start researching schools that interest you and see if their programs and requirements meet your needs.
