Hi Michael,

Thanks for writing in. It's great that you are in a position where your job supports your B-school plans and your supervisors can write strong letters for you.

As you seem to be aware of, your main weakness right now is your Quant score. Even though you have the work and college experience to try and address this weakness, it's certainly preferable to raise the Quant percentile by taking it again, and you seem confident you can improve on the earlier performance.

In regards to community service/extracurriculars, keep in mind this is just one part of the application. I would certainly include this experience on your resume/candidate background section, but perhaps avoid over-focusing on it in your essays, since, as you note, it is all college-related.

I think you've selected a good range of schools and will be competitive at most of them, especially if you can raise your Quant score.
