Your numbers (GMAT/GPA) won't keep you out of any top program. However, a lot of it will come down to the quality of your work experience relative to other engineering/IT types and also how well you execute your applications.

Based on what you wrote, the quality of your work experience relative to other Indian IT applicants is about average - maybe even less competitive at the top-8 schools, especially since there are enough Indian engineers who will likely have more extensive experience in the US at established companies.

Shoot for schools in the bottom half of the top-16 - schools like Haas, Darden, Duke, Michigan, UCLA, NYU, Cornell or Yale. And you should also look at USC, Texas, Georgetown, Indiana, Purdue, Emory, and Babson.

The biggest challenge for you is being able to distinguish yourself from all the other Indian IT engineers, many of whom will have very similar profiles/work histories as yours.
