Profile Evaluation/Scholarship Possibility

by ulasturkmen Fri Jun 08, 2012 12:25 pm

Hi,

I am an international student and been working in automotive industry for 2 years. I was planning to have an MBA in my home country because of financial reasons but the possibility of a scholarship in US got me thinking.

I had an engineering Bs with a 2.45 GPA (horrible). I believe that it was because of the lack of motivation in that while. But I have been working in automotive companies for 2 years (1 year engineering/1 year marketing) and I definitely would like to upgrade my academic background with an MBA degree, therefore I will take the GMAT in about 4 months. Is there a possibility for me to get a full scholarship from a top50 university of the US in case I have 720(+-10) GMAT score?

Your reply will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi! Unfortunately, it is impossible to tell you whether or not you will get a scholarship at any school. Each school has their own way so determining who gets what money, and that is not something that I specialize in.

Best of luck,
