Hi goktugunal
Thanks for writing in. There appears to be a lot of compelling material in your background -- from your strong international work experience to your multi-industry exposure. I would want to learn more about your extracurricular work in the charity for the blind, as you indicate that is ongoing and you really want to emphasize post-college activity when you can.
I'm also a bit unclear on your college performance. If it is a 2.3 on the typical US 4.0 scale, I do think it will create an issue at these top schools. You will definitely want to write an optional essay addressing this college performance -- you can point to your consulting work while in school and perhaps stronger grades in your major or traditional business courses. You will also want to show improved maturity and responsibility in your post-college life to show that you will take your MBA classes seriously.
I think you can certainly apply to all the schools you mentioned -- all of them are going to scrutinize your GPA, and the more competitive the school (Stanford, Wharton) the harder it's going to be to overcome. You may need to diversify your chances with a school more in the top-15/top-20 range to overcome the GPA issue.
Hope this is helpful and best of luck!
