Hi danvallone,
Thanks for writing in and sharing those details. Overall your GMAT is already competitive for HBS and Wharton, and given your unique military experience, I would rate you as competitive for those schools already. Rather than invest in an additional turn on the GMAT, I recommend using that time to work on your essays and "Why MBA?" story.
