Thanks for writing in. While schools certainly see a lot of candidates come in from the IT world, often these candidates are looking to switch into banking or consulting. The fact that you have ambitions to stay within IT and become a CIO puts you in a somewhat different category. But now the challenge for you is to show in your essays how an MBA can help you fill the gaps you need in order to become a CIO.
It seems like you've probably hit a plateau with your GMAT score, and you currently have a very selective group of schools on your list. I'd recommend diversifying it a bit with a top-20 choice or two.
From your list, I think you would be competitive at Cambridge, on the cusp at MIT, and I would label the other three as "reach" schools based on the information you provided.
