Hi ,
Kindly help me as i am utterly confused as to which schools are appropriate for applying .

My background :
- 25 years old Indian Male
- 3 years with Citigroup as a business analyst ( credit risk )
- Undergrad at an IIT ( GPA 6.76/10)

GMAT Experience :
1st - 690 ( Q50,V34)
2nd - 700(Q49,v35)
3rd - 640 ( Q49,V27) ( the 2nd and the third were taken in a span of one month )

Which score would be considered if i send the scores to the schools . They say that the b school generally takes the best but i am pretty sure my final result will definitely have an effect

Extra curriculars :
College - secretary of the literary club ; loads of prizes in several quizzes( including a BBC quiz) and other competitions .
Organized and conducted several events on campus including national level ones.
Post college - member of Alliance francais du delhi having done a course in french language .

Also a GARP candidate pursuing the Financial Risk Management certification.

Reason for an MBA : i want to move to a more decision making position in an organization, from the advisory position which i currently hold, for this i need to re brand myself.

Which range of schools do you think i should target at and which ones are actually reachable. Otherwise do you think there are European schools which i could target.

I would really appreciate your comments/suggestions

Thanks

They'll take your highest score.

As for schools, schools such as Duke, Darden, Michigan, NYU, Haas, etc. will be sweet spots for you. Schools such as Chicago, Columbia, Kellogg, MIT, Tuck will be stretches. In Europe, schools such as LBS and INSEAD will be stretches, whereas Oxford, IESE, ESADE, Cambridge, etc. will be sweet spots.
