PROFILE EVALUATION PLEASE

A quick profile evalution please. Thanks in advance.

Age at matricultion 27
GPA 3.5 (Bsc Business information Systems) from a respectable UK institution worked part time through out university
origin; West African but currently working in the UK
GMAT: not taken yet but consistently scoring between 680 - 740

Current Role Business Development : Fortune 500 technology outsourcing firm (2nd largest in industry) alot of good experiences (leadership and part of team)e.g. part of a team tht successful secured an outsourcing contract worth $800m. Played a key role, curently leading the initiative to launch the company on 2nd life to cut costs etc. just submitted the proposal intending to save the company in the region of 6 figures or more per year. Completed a 2year leadership training programme in just over a year (first of a kind). 2 bonuses and 2 pay rises in the space of over a year and an award fro performance.

Previous Role : Business Analyst for a top 10 UK Financial Servies institution. alot of exciting experiences and achivemnts e.g. Once successfully retrained trained over 500 staff in the insurance department as an initiative to improve the quality of service drastically improving the servic levels and winning an award.

Co founder of two successful online ventures,
At university founder and president of a successful Entertainment investment group(very successful and first of a kind) group consisted of an arm that focused on artist management. managing local artists and DJs. generating welth for students through invetment in student organized events
Vice president of Afro carribean society alot of responsibility (organizing events such as career presentations from local black leaders in industry, incharge of budget around £10,000 and alot more other stuff)
Partner and head of business development of two online ventures (web development and web hosting) set up by myself and colleagues.

Currently run a soccer club for children with special needs (empowering them with key values and morals e.g. respect, teamwork, competitiveness, humility etc)
Also act as a business adviser going to schools and talking to kids. Part of the Young enterprise programme
took my work holiday (1month) and traveled back to West Africa (my home country) to teach at a school for kids with learning disabilities.
At work i am part of the University ambassador program and my role involves travelling to universities to talk to students (presentations)about future career choices and career paths in the technology industry. i also act as a mentor to ome of these students
Also part of a UK government led initiative to encourage/educate young girls between the age of (10 - 14) about the importance of technology nd conidering a career within the industry.
I also sponsor two kids (pay for their education, food etc) back home part of a charity I am in the process of setting up to empower kids from deprived backgrounds with the necessary skills and tool set to help them succeed.

Future goal: After business school my short term goal is to return back to Africa to help run and expand my family businesses (of which I am a co owner) to compete nationally and internationally in the long term (adopt an indian model i.e. Operate from a low cost region but compete with the big boys). One of my long term goals is to also establish this charity and grow this charity (as one of my reasons for attending busines school is to find like minded people like myself who share a similar passion) and also set up a scholrhip fund for talented individuals to study broad and return to improv our community.
I feel the MBA would provide me with invaluable skills necessary to succeed as an entrepreneur. It would provide me with good knowledge of the various aspects of business i.e. strategy, finance, marketing etc. not to mention my network

In terms of my top choices I've been looking closely at HBS, Stanford, MIT, LBS. What do you think my chances are based on my profile? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated. thanks

You should be competitive for all the schools you mentioned actually. You have a wide range of material to talk about in your essays, so showing that you are a well rounded and accomplished person shouldn't be an issue at all.

It all comes down to how well you execute your written applications, how well you interview, and a bit of luck.
