Hi,
Thanks for sharing your profile. Your academics are stellar - congrats! You've also got very strong work experience (though the transition from finance to NFP is an unusual one. I think there's a story in there with the emerging markets interest, but you'll want to make that very clear in your career narrative). You've also been active in the community (though not much leadership on that front) and have good college extracurriculars (though it would be great if you had more current extracurricular leadership positions).
I think overall you've got a fairly strong profile. I'd say that you've got a very good shot at NYU and UCLA. Stanford is a reach as it is for most, but it's a possibility, and Columbia, Wharton and Haas are great targets. I wouldn't consider Haas a safety program (at least not relative to UCLA and NYU), so if you're not that excited about that program, I probably wouldn't bother. USC would be a fine safety, but I don't really think you need to apply there - I'd see UCLA as your safety, really. Depends on your level of risk aversion!
