Hi,
I have taken the GMAT and score 640 (%75) Q:48 (%:82)
V:31 (%58) AWA:3.5 (%10)
My GPA:3.89 (4)
Work Experience: 3 years in military as an officer
My target schools are University of California-Berkeley (Haas),
New York University Stern, University of California-Los Angels (Anderson) or University of Virginia (Darden) with full time MBA in Human Resources.
I'm concerning about my AWA score. Do I have a chance to be admitted or do need to retake the exam, please help?
I would really appreciate any feedback or recommendations.

Thanks for writing in. While AWA is usually not scrutinized by admissions committees, it could be a weakness against you since your GMAT is also on the low side for the schools you listed. If indeed these are your target schools, you may want to retake the exam to get your overall and AWA score up and make your application more competitive.
