Hi!! Your GMAT score is at the end of the range found at many of the top schools. If you could cross the 700 mark, that can always help your application. Your age is young for business school. You would really need to sell the AdCom on the fact that you have some significant work experience, most of which came while you were in school. Also, I would skip acknowledging in your application that you didn't go to classes but got to take the exams. More worrisome is that you left your job to prepare for your GMAT and applications. I am not sure that is something you want to directly tell the AdComs when you apply. Many applicants work full-time and apply to business school, so you need to come up with a good reason why you left your job at this time.
