Hi! It is hard for me to recommend specific schools because I believe choosing where you will do your MBA hinges so much on personal preferences - such as location, school size, academic programs, etc. I suggest looking through the rankings put together by the Financial Times or Bloomberg BusinessWeek and see where your GMAT and other credentials are competitive.

Best of Luck,

Rachel Beck

HI Rachael,
Thanks for your opinion.

Here i would like to streamline my choices

Location - US
School size - not a big preference
Academic programs- It should be a 2 year MBA program - preferrably in Finance.
The placement of the college should be good so that i could rely on ROI.
The college should in top 60 - 70 US universities

I looked through the class profiles of the business schools and they all mention the range of the GMAT score as from 610 - 720 and median around 670 or so.

If you could just suggest me some colleges or let me know whether the colleges i have stated above suits my profile or not then it would be a great help as it will help me to ananlyse that i am furthering in right direction or not.

From the list of schools you provided in your initial email, your GMAT still is below the median score for all of them. That doesn't mean you aren't a viable candidate for those schools, but your GMAT is trailing what their typical student has scored. I would suggest still applying to a few of those schools, as well as look at some that might be more on par with your GMAT - possibly Northeastern or University of Pittsburgh, to name a few. Also, remember the GMAT is just one component of the business school application. Your work experience and outside activities also weigh heavily on your candidacy.
