Grad: Mech Engg avg 61%
GMAT: 710 (Q49 V38 AWA4 IR 7)
Work Exp: 5.5 years with leading Indian automobile company (mahindra)
5 yrs in R&D and 7 months in sales and marketing
Lead a team of 4 while in R&D.
EC: Okok.

What are my chances of getting into ISB? Also suggest other good colleges for this profile.

I think your professional leadership experience is pretty strong - coming from the manufacturing industry, leading teams, working in both R&D and Sales and Marketing... pretty interesting background, I think. Your academics are good -strong GMAT, but looks like your undergrad scores are lower than average. Other than that, not much to discuss.

I think you have a chance at ISB and should apply. It could go either way, but I think it's worth sending in your application.

There are many schools where you'd have a chance at admissions - you might look at Tepper, Cornell, Indiana, Darden, UCLA, Duke... It really depends what you're interested in and what you're looking for in a program, but these are some programs you might want to research that would be good targets.
