I'd like to have some feedback on my profile in order to assess chances:
4th year IBD at BB
GPA 3.0 at top 10 school (US)
GMAT 730
28 years old

I'd be happy to give you a profile assessment but there's a lot more information I need first. Please let me know more about the kind of work you do on a daily basis, who you interact with, what you're responsible for, any promotions or significant work accomplishments, etc. I would also want to understand more about what you do outside of work, either hobbies or community involvement. Your GMAT appears strong, but I'd like to know the Quant/Verbal % breakdown, and what was your 3.0 gpa in (major)? Did you do better later in school than at the beginning?
GMAT and GPA are just the tiny beginning of a full profile assessment, so I'd be glad to help out but need more information in order to give you a helpful answer.
