Profile Evaluation: Am I Non-traditional?

Could you please provide some feedback on my candidacy especially w.r.t. age, low AWA score and choice of schools for full time MBA?

Education: BS (Chem Eng-India), MS (Chem Eng-US), MS and PhD (Honors) in Medicinal/Pharmaceutical Chemistry (US)
Job Experience: 8 years of experience as Sr. Scientist (with solid accomplishments and excellent growth) in a top Big Pharma Co.
Nationality: Indian (w/ Green Card)
Age: 37
GMAT: 720 (Verbal:89%, Quant:84%), AWA: 4
Why MBA: Enterpreunership in Pharma/Biotech sector

Given your experience and goals (you're looking to stay in healthcare/sciences), why aren't you looking at an EMBA program? It'll be a better fit for you. Honestly though I really think your chances are slim at HBS and Wharton in their full-time programs - they will try and steer you towards their executive education programs if anything.
