Could someone suggest which colleges should i target? I am a female (if that helps) with 5yrs of work ex in IT. My grad gpa is average and 12th/10th (school) gpa is above avg. I want to pick max 5 colleges from Harward, INSEAD, Yale, Stanford, Kellog, ISB, HEC, LBS.
All suggestions are welcome.

In order to make an educated suggestion I would want to know more about your reasons for pursuing an MBA and what your goals are. As you likely know, IT is over-represented in the application pool, and we'd need to determine your points of differentiation in order to figure out how competitive you would be at these schools.
