Sorry for the delayed response. I think your background is awesome and will definitely stand out, but I don't think it'll be enough to overcome your GMAT score at any of your target programs. That said, your chances of acceptance in R3 are much slimmer, even if you knock the GMAT out of the park.
It's a really difficult choice given the trade-offs... something you may consider is applying in R2 and letting them know in your application that you are rescheduled to take the GMAT and will send an updated score when it's available. It not the ideal scenarios, but it's an option you could consider.
Sorry I don't have a clear answer for you! I do think you need to pull up your GMAT to be competitive at these programs, though.
