profile eval for some target universities

Male
GMAT: 760 (Q50, V44)
Undergrad GPA: 3.2 (IIT Bombay, top engg. school in India)
Grad GPA: (UCSB) 3.64

Work exp:
- 8 years in Semiconductor Industry
- Plenty of innovation at workplace/mentoring young engineers
- Some leadership background as well
- Consistently rated among top employees in department throughout my career

Extracurricular activities:
- Maths Olympiads, Captain of High School Quiz team, Played keyboard in School Orchestra in India
- Awarded National Talent Search in India
- Studied Japanese during junior/senior years of undergrad - Stood 1st in Japanese exam
- 2 yrs of social work in India (promoting literacy among underprivileged)
- Teaching assistantship/Teaching for standardized tests in USA

1) What are my chances of receiving admission for a full-time MBA at MIT Sloan?
2) What part-time (non-executive) programs in the top 5-6 schools would you recommend, given my profile?

(1) MIT gets tons of engineers applying; your chances depends on your ability to show that you'll be a better boss than most of the engineers applying (i.e. it's not about your technical abilities, but about your interpersonal skills as demonstrated in your workplace as well as extracurriculars)-- this is the biggest challenge for many engineers because they have lots of technical experience, but have a hard time convincing an adcom that they have strong interpersonal skills.

(2) No idea. You want to choose programs that suit your career goals; also, since part-time programs hold classes in the evenings, you are limited to those within commuting distance from where you work/live.
