Problem with RC

Hi,

I am facing problem with RC, particularly with long passages (50-60 lines). I follow manhattan technique of headline lists. For long passages it takes me around 5 minutes to form that list. I have tried a lot and still doing it but facing difficulties to reduce this time of 5 minutes. Please suggest some viable solution....
