poor verbal

I scored verbal 31 in the actual exam (quant 51).
Throughout my preparation, always scored >38 in verbal
Gmat Prep 1 to 4 - scored 38 once 41 twice and 43 once
Same with Veritas and MGMAT

Quant between 48 -51

What could've gone wrong?

I am assuming it's an aberration and going to take on 22 October

I believe (strongly) that my score should be between 720-750. My practice exams always in that range (except for once when I scored 710
