Pls help in same x as y idiom

I also have another question , according to xyz should be immediatly followed by what ?

I mean what is the difference in followers of A and C ..and how does meaning change with A and C

I must have missed your first question. As for your question, it sounds like you are asking what must follow "according to [xyz]". There is nothing that must follow that phrase, so your question is unanswerable..

I also can’t quite figure out what you mean by "what is the difference in followers of A and C". As for meaning, C is in passive voice and "to the small farmer" is not modifying what it is supposed to..
