Thank you for the additional information! I will try my best to answer your question, however, the majority of our clients apply to the top 15 US programs and the top European programs, so I am not familiar with several of the programs on your list.
Let's start with your professional experience, 2 years is on the low end of the spectrum, but the admissions committees value the quality of your experience and not just the quantity of years worked. How have you progressed in your two years? Have you surpassed your peers? Did you achieve an early promotion? Been assigned to the most challenging/high profile assignments? Led teams? Initiated new processes? These factors will dictate if you can demonstrate leadership and management potential in your application.
Your GPA of 85% is fine. As for your GMAT, you should compare your stats against the averages for your target schools. If you are at or above the average, you should feel confident in your score. Otherwise, you need to consider retaking the GMAT to improve your chances.
You mentioned that you are currently involved in community service through Oracle. However, do you have a leadership role? It can be to your advantage to demonstrate leadership both inside and outside of work.
With that said, based on the information provided, I don't think you will be competitive at Stanford, Tuck, or Duke. You might be competitive at the other schools, but again, I would like to know more about your work experience/community involvement.
Regarding your question about EA, there is no ethical issue with applying to several programs during the EA/ED round. However there may be an ethical issue with accepting several Early Action/Early Decision offers.
I hope this information helps! Best of luck with the application process.
