Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. With the exception of INSEAD, we have not had much experience with the other schools that you are interested in, and so are not in a good position to provide advice on them. INSEAD is a very competitive school and while I see that you consider retaking the GMAT as a "last option," I would recommend retaking it if you can because of your low score on the verbal section. A score in the 48th percentile is likely to raise some questions for admissions committees about your ability to succeed in business school.

It seems as though you have lots of things to write about in terms of strong and varied professional experiences. Other than being a route leader for IBM, do you have other extra-curricular or community service activities to discuss? I might explore what else you have to offer in that regard or consider how you might begin extra-curricular activities over the next 4-5 months.

Sincerely,
Akiba Smith-Francis
