please help! i forgot my id and password

hi!

i bought 6 online test fr manhattan about 7months back and now i forgot the id and password.
i also lost the email fr manhatttan in my email id, when i type my email id in "forgot my password" it say my id is not in the records.
is it possible that i can get the id and password fr giving my add, ph numbers, etc.
