GMAT score won't be the issue. It will be how strong your application is relative to the other IT dudes applying (of which there will be many gunning for all b-schools). You need to be able to transcend the negative stereotypes of IT guys that adcoms will have -- you have to show that you're well rounded, that you're not socially inept, that you have non-geek interests outside of work, and in terms of overall impression that you have the capacity to be a great boss to work for. Can you work well with people? Can you manage diverse groups of people? And so forth. If you come from an analytical background, it's not about your technical wizardry or how good you are at math and "troubleshooting". It's about your ability to lead and manage people from different backgrounds, viewpoints, personalities, and occupations. If you can successfully convey this, you should be competitive (but still maybe a stretch, depending on whether you have notable non-work achievements).

Thanks for the reply. I can sure prove that as I was heavily involved in leading team of various size, skills. Moreover I have also credited Prince2 Project management, and managed team for minor project and operational teams.

I dont have much extra curricular activities.

What others points does the application consider?
