Please Evaluate my Profile

US Citizen Age :33
Planing to apply next year (2009), so will be 34 at that time
Born /raised and all studies in India.

Graduate - M.Sc (Information Tech & Management) - (2 Year course)
WES Evaluated GPA - 4 (out of 4)
3 Rank in Class
Class President for 2 years
Conducted Inter collegiate-meet and was the president of the committee that conducted this meet .

Undergrad - B.Sc (Physics - main, chemistry, math - optionals) - 3 year Course, Took 7 years to complete.
GPA when converted by WES- 2.94
Was involved in a lot of activities like politics, Some small business which caused my studies to suffer and took 7 years and a low GPA(but math physics and chemistry was strong)
Contested in elections(and failed) for banks director board(India) and was president of the youth wing of a political party in my area(I know this might hurt um..politics)

Was always in top 5 in the class except for Under Grad

Read/Write/Speak 4 Languages fluently (English and 3 other Indian Languages)
Speak and Understand Spanish (not very well though)

Work Experience - Work as a programmer in a Small company (Around 20 employees)
3 Years with current company and a total of 1.5 Years with other 2 companies before that. Will be 4 years by the time I apply (2009) with the current company for a total of 5.5yrs.
Responsible for training and mentor newly hired programmers too(but not many names and rankings in a small company with a total of 20 employees)

Partner of 3 Successful Small businesses (1 Gas station and 2 Liquor stores) where I work on weekends and evenings making business expansion/sale increasing strategies etc. I know owning some small business is not like working for Merril Linch/Glodman Sachs

Planing to take GMAT in 3 or 4 months.
Sure to get 700+ (without any practice, taking the official free sample test got 630, so I am sure to improve it to 700+ hopefully 730+ with practice)

Not much extra curricular, not well read.

With my poor UG gpa my AGE(OLD) and apparent lack of extras...
What are my chances of getting admitted to:

Kellog
Chicago

or any other top 10.

To be honest, your chances are pretty slim at schools like Chicago, Kellogg, or any top 8 school. It's not impossible, but slim enough that if you're going to apply to these schools, consider them lottery tickets and focus on schools where you have a more reasonable shot like Duke, Darden, Michigan, NYU, Haas, Cornell, UCLA, or Yale. it's not due to any one thing, but taking into account your entire candidacy as a whole (quality of academics, quality of work experience, quality of non-work accomplishments) -- in other words, if you do want to be competitive for any of the top 8, you'll have to boost the quality of everything (and not just one thing) -- which won't happen overnight (and in the case of academics, not much you can do anymore short of a time machine). From a practical perspective, your best bet is to be realistic about the kinds of schools you can get into, and then make the most of the experience and opportunities regardless of what school you get into.
