Hi,
I'm an Indian Male working in IT for a multinational for about 2.5 years now.

I have a 720 on my GMAT and 5.5 on AWA.

3.7 GPA in College.

I have a strong-ish extra curricular presence and even a couple of community projects under my belt (when I was in college)

Looking for Any leads on colleges I stand a chance to get into. Please help me as I am kind of overwhelmed with the entire process of finding colleges.

Well you've got strong GMAT / GPA stats. 2.5 years is a little low compared to some other applicants, but hopefully you have some good leadership experiences.

Another key piece of info is what are your post-MBA career goals? Some schools have specialties in different fields, so that can be a good place to start too.
