Please evaluate my profile

Hi i am an Indian Female,23 years old with 2.3 years of work experience as a software engineer with a software firm that makes banking products. My GMAT score is 720 (40-V,49-Q). My undergrad was in I.T with 75.4%. Could you please suggest 5 schools i should target ? Also i am looking for some funding so i would also like to apply to 2-3 schools where i have a higher probability of getting that.So my plan i to apply to 2-3 top tier schools and a couple of schools with a little lower ranking with better chances of providing funding.

Thanks for your post. It's difficult to give too many specific school recs at this time without knowing more about you, your goals, and what you are looking for in a school. Sometimes your chosen career goals affect what program/s you'd like to attend. And consider geographic region, setting, class size, curriculum, student culture, diversity, etc.

Also keep in mind that you'll want to stand out from the crowd of IT applicants; aim to showcase any leadership experiences you have, and how you are unique.

Since most of my work has been centred around banks ,I am considering taking finance as a major.I also have hands on client site experience .
Achievements
In my 2.5 years at my present job,I have won an employee of the month award and a team award.

Co-curricular.
I have participated in numerous liberal arts. I have event management experience from my under graduate studies. I have also been involved in anchoring and organising cultural events in my workplace.
Have also participated in basketball and cricket tournaments in college and my workplace respectively.

Thanks for the additional info.

You will want to be sure to build out your goals, including shorter term and longer term post-MBA goals... where do you see yourself; what type of role and firm; what skills will you gain from the MBA which will help you get there? You will want to detail this in your application essays.

As for other accomplishments, just keep in mind that schools are looking for leadership, making an impact in your role, going above and beyond what was expected of you, contributing to results, etc. If you can speak to those types of things, and how you'll contribute to the class, what makes you unique, etc, you could have a shot at the schools I mentioned (Kelley, Ross, Tepper being a bit of a reach but might suit your background etc). Essays and interview are super important though! ;) You could also look at Scheller (Georgia Tech), Carlson... Fisher.... Owen.
