Physical whiteboard size

by DianaG875 Tue Nov 14, 2023 5:55 am

Hey guys,

Does anyone know how strict the inspectors are when taking the GMAT from home?

For example, the GMAC website mentions that the whiteboard shouldn't be larger than 30 centimeters x 43 centimeters, but mine is 30 centimeters x 49 centimeters. How bad is it? Will I be able to use it for the GMAT?

Thanks,

You are in luck! The actual parameters are 30 cm by 50 cm. :)

You can see the official requirements on this page:
Classic: https://www.mba.com/exams/gmat-exam/plan-for-exam-day/taking-the-exam-delivered-online
Focus: https://www.mba.com/exams/gmat-focus-edition/plan-for-exam-day/taking-the-exam-online

On either page, click on Whiteboard Options. (The requirements are the same for both Classic and Focus.)

Hello! If you are a student with a question, please let us know what your question is and we'll be happy to help. If you have a question about something other than physical whiteboard size, please start your own new post (take a look at the forum guidelines before posting).

If you are looking to post on a non-GMAT-related topic, please don't post that here. The post will be deleted, as this forum is only for GMAT-related study discussions; we don't host any information or discussions about non-GMAT topics or about commercial products for anything. Thanks!
