Hi Stacey,

What helped me most is the excel file that i created in order to "review" my CAT exams.
I wish to share this format with fellow students to help them.
Please advise a location where i can post this excel file format that i created.

That's very generous of you! You can share it here if you like - you are allowed to upload attachments, so you could upload a "blank" version (that is, one without your test data) for others to use.

You might also want to look into putting the document up on Google docs as an "open" spreadsheet. You would then put the link here (and anywhere else you like, such as Beat the GMAT) and people could then save their own versions, online or offline.

Did you ever get your IR scores?

Hi Stacey,

My AWA score was 5/6(60%) and my IR was 6/12(67%).
Not so encouraging :-(.

Please advise if this would seriously dent my chances of getting into a good school.

No, not in the slightest - those are good scores for AWA and IR! The schools consider anything 5+ (often 4.5+) fine for AWA and anything 5-6+ fine for IR.
