Doing sets of problems is a great idea. Use the OG stopwatch tool and don't put the data in until afterward.
The OG stopwatch allows you to enter a certain number of questions (say you want to do 10) and it will then show you screens with only 5 answer bubbles on it - no problem. You do whatever problem you want from the book, then click on the answer (and it works just like the test - you have to click both next and confirm). At the end, you'll get a report numbering the problems 1 through 10 and telling you how much time you spent on each. Take that data and input it into your spreadsheet along with the answers you chose. Now you won't see whether you got them right or wrong until you're done.
