OG - SC #90

For this question I was able to eliminate down to answer choices C and E. But I picked E (wrong choice) on the basis of conciseness. The answer explanation provided in the OG is not helping me understand what I did wrong. Please assist. I wanted to post this question on the OG Verbal Forum but it shows up as locked.

I'm not going to delete your post because you haven't copied the text of the question. However, I will respond to explain why we can't discuss it here, and why the other forum is locked. The GMAC has asked us not to discuss OG problems; as a result, we can't have a real discussion of the problem here.

PS If you are taking one of our courses, I recommend that you ask during your next Office Hours appointment about any OG questions that you find confusing/difficult.
