Ron, am sorry well the link may not have been such a good idea but here is an example of my own:

As a result of pharmaceutical advances, many teenagers that might at one time have suffered as children of such diseases as polio and tuberculosis, now enjoy life without restrictions.

A. that might at one time have suffered as children
B. who might once have died in childhood
C. that as children might once have suffered
D. who in childhood might have at one time suffered
E. who, when they were children, might at one time have suffered

Hope that's OK now. Can you please explain the grammatical structure of this sentence after picking B as the answer choice.

this is quite a long sentence, so "explain the (entire) grammatical structure of the sentence" isn't really a feasible request.
please ask at least one specific question -- i.e., with which part of the sentence do you have trouble?
