Not enough time to properly answer the last RC

Hi,
Actually i am pretty good with RCs and have also gone through the blogs posted by Stacey.
I would like to know is there any particular method by which i can answer the 4th passage(between questions 32-41) quickly(skim through it) since at the end of the test,time is a premium.

You can, but your performance is going to drop, and that will also cause your score to drop. A better plan would be to fix any timing issues you're having earlier in the section so that you do actually have the time to address the questions at the end of the section as well.
