in(C), is there any problem in "...,with such an extraction rate... "?

With that specific part of the construction, no, not really. But that choice has some serious issues.

* Lack of parallelism: Xxxxx is expected to increase and then stabilizing...
I know you aren't asking about this part. But, if this is not blindingly obvious, it's time to go back and study parallel structures.

* "At (the) least" is not in the right place. It should be placed right before "50 years' production".

i know C has other errors such as in : allowing such an extraction rate at the least allowing 50 years 's productions. 1.) allowing is not referring to any noun 2.) allowing atleast are wrongly places

why the meaning of C cant be:

Yield of natural gas is expected to increase and this increase results in stabilizing at 6 billion cubic feet a day
<maybe things become stable because of an increase>

My only doubt is whether the meaning can be inferred as i said above ?

These things are mutually exclusive. If a value is "stable", then it is not increasing (nor is it decreasing). So, no, this interpretation doesn't make sense.

I thought as now it is low ,but once it is increased (to some fixed number ) then it will stabilize.
