I would be seriously surprised if the "friend of a friend" report is accurate. 7 RCs @ 3.5 (either 3 or 4) questions each is ~24 questions. That leaves only 18 questions, or 9 each for SC and CR. Not going to happen.
People tend to remember / focus on the things that they don't like. I had a student recently complain to me that he had 5 combinatorics and probability questions on his last practice test, and he was really annoyed because I'd told him that there aren't that many on the real test. We looked at his test report together. He actually had one of each, for a total of 2 in those two categories. :)
