Hi!! You sound like you could be a strong candidate for a top school. Obviously, how you do on the GMAT will matter. If you can hit the score that you say here you anticipate, that will help you application. Your work experience also looks solid. What will make your application stand out is whether you can highlight your accomplishments, not your responsibilities, at work, and show that you have leadership potential - meaning are you someone who takes risks or initiative, or makes decisions. As for your community work, it would be great to see that you took some leadership in the current activities you are involved in, rather than just show up and participate.
